Official Opening Summit

Members of the press are invited to join the official Europort Opening Summit on Tuesday 4 November 2025 from 11:00am in the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre, Port 1.

Under the theme, The Benefits of the Roaring Twenties – Sea of Opportunities, we will draw parallels with the 1920s – a decade marked by turbulence and uncertainty, but also by creativity, breakthroughs and a strong drive for renewal. This year’s keynote will be delivered by Bob Nolet, entrepreneur and tenth-generation family member of the Nolet Distillery (known for Ketel One), who will share his vision on entrepreneurship and strategic independence in a changing world. A panel of maritime experts will then share their thoughts on the direction the industry is heading and what opportunities and challenges await. More information to follow.
